Home Service & Out-of-Hours Appointments

Home visits and appointments requested outside of our regular opening hours may be available upon request and are subject to an additional fee. Please contact our team to discuss availability and pricing.

Booking Policy

To secure selected appointments, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

These appointments are reserved exclusively for you and are often in high demand. Deposits help us protect our specialists' time while allowing clients on our waiting list the opportunity to book should an appointment become available.

Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill and is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Please Note

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
  • Appointments are allocated on a first come, first served basis and remain available until the required deposit has been paid.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, including on the day of your appointment, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
  • If you reschedule within 24 hours, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. The remaining 50% will be transferred to your new appointment.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen and kindly ask that you let us know if you're running late.

We offer a 15-minute grace period wherever possible.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce the time available for your appointment or require us to adjust or reschedule your booking to maintain the quality of your experience while respecting the time of guests booked after you.
